Camera unresponsive stuck flashing blue, support completely useless


After only 2 weeks of using the camera, it’s stuck flashing blue light and rebooting constantly.

The firmware was already upgraded before this issue, and the factory reset didn’t work. Has anyone been able to solve this issue?

I opened a support case, and it has been completely useless. I explained I already tried firmware updates, factory reset, etc, and all I got is the generic “here’s how to factory reset and how to update firmware” links in response.
